How Pricing Works
Better Data uses a usage-based model centered on loop completions, so pricing aligns with business outcomes rather than seat count. For how SCM and DCM map to modules in the tenant app and where billing appears in-product, see SCM workspace (apps/scm).
Loop Completion Pricing
A completion is counted when a loop instance reaches a terminal state (for example, procurement closed, returns closed, order closed/cancelled).Committed Volume Model
| Plan | Committed loops/month | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Starter | 5,000 | Teams launching first production workflows |
| Growth | 25,000 | Multi-site operations scaling execution |
| Enterprise | Custom | Contracted commitments and volume pricing |
Committed usage provides predictable budgeting while preserving elasticity for peak periods.
Usage Tracking
Current period loop utilization is visible in SCM billing settings, including committed volume, completion count, and utilization progress.- Path:
