Managing your Better Data Cloud subscription

Better Data uses an entitlement-based billing model. Your plan determines which features are available and how many requests you can make per hour.

Usage Limits

Limits are enforced on a rolling hour basis.

• If you exceed your limit, the gateway will return a 429 Too Many Requests error.
• You can monitor your current usage in the Billing section of the dashboard.
• Bursting is allowed up to 10% of your hourly limit for short durations.

Managing Subscription

You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time from the dashboard.

• Upgrades: Effective immediately.
• Downgrades: Effective at the end of the current billing cycle.
• Payment: We accept all major credit cards via Stripe.
