# Stock Lists

> How to create and manage stock lists for recurring replenishment

# Stock Lists

Stock lists define recurring product requirements for locations, enabling automated replenishment.

## Creating a Stock List

1. Navigate to **Run** → **Stock Lists**
2. Click **Create Stock List**
3. Configure:
   * **Name**: Descriptive name for the stock list
   * **Location**: Target location
   * **Schedule**: Recurrence schedule (daily, weekly, monthly)
   * **Items**: Products and target quantities

## Stock List Items

Add products to the stock list:

For each product:

* **Product**: Select product
* **Target Quantity**: Desired quantity at location
* **Min Quantity**: Minimum before replenishment
* **Max Quantity**: Maximum to order
* **Reorder Point**: When to trigger replenishment

## Stock List Rules

Configure rules for automatic replenishment:

* **Auto-Pull**: Automatically create pull requests when below reorder point
* **Approval Required**: Require approval before creating pull requests
* **Supplier**: Default supplier for items
* **Lead Time**: Expected lead time for replenishment

## Publishing Stock Lists

1. Review stock list configuration
2. Click **Publish**
3. Stock list becomes active and will:
   * Generate pull requests based on schedule
   * Monitor inventory levels
   * Trigger alerts when below reorder point

## Managing Stock Lists

* **Clone**: Create a copy of an existing stock list
* **Archive**: Archive inactive stock lists
* **Unpublish**: Stop automatic replenishment
* **Schedule**: Modify recurrence schedule
* **Items**: Add, remove, or update items
