# KPIs

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) measure the performance of your supply chain operations.

## Planning KPIs

### Forecast Accuracy

* **MAPE**: Mean Absolute Percentage Error
* **Bias**: Forecast bias (over/under forecasting)
* **Hit Rate**: Percentage of forecasts within tolerance

### Inventory KPIs

* **Days of Supply**: Days of inventory on hand
* **Turnover**: Inventory turnover rate
* **Fill Rate**: Order fill rate percentage
* **Stockout Rate**: Percentage of stockouts

### Operations KPIs

* **On-Time Delivery**: Percentage of on-time deliveries
* **Cycle Count Accuracy**: Cycle count accuracy percentage
* **Adjustment Rate**: Rate of inventory adjustments

## Viewing KPIs

1. Navigate to **Analyze** → **KPIs**
2. Select:
   * **Time Period**: Date range for KPIs
   * **Location**: Filter by location
   * **Channel**: Filter by channel
   * **Product**: Filter by product

## KPI Trends

View KPI trends over time:

* **Historical Trends**: How KPIs have changed
* **Targets**: Compare against targets
* **Benchmarks**: Compare against industry benchmarks
