# Demand & Consumption

View consumption patterns and demand trends to understand what's being consumed and inform planning decisions.

## Overview

The **Demand & Consumption** view helps you:

* View consumption by product, location, and channel
* See demand trends over time
* Identify high-consumption items
* Compare consumption across locations
* Support forecasting and planning

## Consumption Views

### By Product

View consumption by product:

* **Total Consumption**: Total quantity consumed
* **Consumption Rate**: Rate of consumption (units per day/week/month)
* **Consumption Trends**: Trends over time
* **Peak Consumption**: Peak consumption periods

### By Location

View consumption by location:

* **Location Consumption**: Consumption by location
* **Location Trends**: Consumption trends by location
* **Location Comparison**: Compare consumption across locations

### By Channel

View consumption by channel:

* **Channel Consumption**: Consumption by channel
* **Channel Trends**: Consumption trends by channel
* **Channel Comparison**: Compare consumption across channels

## Demand Signals

Identify demand signals:

* **Increasing Demand**: Products with increasing consumption
* **Decreasing Demand**: Products with decreasing consumption
* **Seasonal Patterns**: Seasonal consumption patterns
* **Demand Spikes**: Unusual demand spikes

## Filters and Time Ranges

Filter consumption data by:

* **Time Range**: Select date range for analysis
* **Product**: Filter by product or category
* **Location**: Filter by location
* **Channel**: Filter by channel

1. Navigate to **Sense** → **Demand & Consumption**
2. Select a time range (e.g., last 30 days)
